The
Guilford Booster Club is a very active
organization and is a great way to get to know
parents, students, and staff and to help enrich
the experiences of all students at Guilford High
School. The Guilford Booster Club is made up of
parents who support Guilford High School through
monetary contributions and volunteering efforts.
During a typical school year, the Guilford
Booster Club includes a membership of over 400
families and raises over $35,000 through
membership, market day, moonlight bowling, the
spring garage sale and concessions. The funds
raised the previous year will be used to enhance
academics, athletics, clubs, facility
improvements, and the student body in general.
In
addition to fundraising, we also coordinate
other activities throughout the year for
students and staff such as:
Fall Spirit Night, Fall, Winter and
Spring Sports recognition nights,
Father/Daughter and Mother/Son dances, Memories
and Reflections (for graduating high school
seniors), and the Teacher appreciation luncheon.
We also support school
spirit by selling GHS merchandise and student
athlete photo buttons.
