Staff Page

The newspaper staff consists of a group of editors, the writers, photographers, and an adviser.

Here are a list of job descriptions. Further down the page are pictures of the current staff.

The Adviser is the class teacher who supervises the entire production phase.

The Editors are students in charge of pages, production, assigning stories, correcting, and making sure everything goes smoothly according to schedule.

-Page Editors are responsible for the creation of their own individual pages. There are 7 different topic pages, so there are 7 page editors. The 7 topics in the newspaper are: Opinion, Feature, News, In Depth, Student Life, Sports, and Enterainment.

-Executive Editors are in charge of supervising all of the editors and checking the editor's pages, making sure everything is on schedule.

-Editing Editor are in charge of helping the page editors edit the stories or pages. They are usually former page editors.

The Reporters are the editors' minions. They get the stories written and finalized so the editors can put the stories on the pages.

The Photographers are responsible for getting pictures and any graphics necessary. They are also minions of the editors.

The Image Editor, is the head of the photographers, and it is the Image editor's job to make sure all photos are credited properly, sized accurately, and turned in to all page editors.

Artist, is responsible for hand drawn creative pictures that the editor may want on his or her page.

An Ad Manager, is in charge of selling ads for funding the newspaper.
